For now, I am only meal planning dinners. Usually the leftovers from dinner becomes lunch the next day for at least my husband and if there is a lot leftover it becomes the kids’ and mine’s lunch. Most of our dinners are Turkish or Mediterrean inspired, since my husband is from Turkey. He does eat American cuisine but I usually stick to what I know he will eat.
My husband usually doesn’t eat breakfast before going to work, but he’s recently started taking a half of teaspoon to teaspoon of Internal Collagen (veg vevo brand affiliate link) in a cup of water. Other breakfast options include hardboiled eggs or a pieces of cake like Bust a Banana from cookbook, Wasa crackers with cream cheese or a cup of homemade yogurt.
Below you will find a sample of a week’s menu with links to recipes, if available. Please note: We are still fairly new to THM, so if I have made a mistake or you see a way we could improve our menus, please let us know in the comments, below.
Every Sunday, I will be posting one of our family’s favorite THM Recipes.
